Logistics

Utilizing our services is very simple. The easiest way is sending a client a link to this website. From there, they can fill out the Property Information Profile and will be contacted promptly by phone or email within 5 business days.

We can keep you updated regularly on the status of your client’s situation. This will be based on the level of involvement you desire. Many attorneys prefer the “fire and forget” method, but we can satisfy our referring attorneys at all levels of involvement.

Compensation

Based on our experience, not all attorneys are interested in compensation or referral fees. Some prefer to remain anonymous by using the “fire and forget” method mentioned above. In many instances, they prefer the client just liquidate the property in order to settle any legal fees as quickly as possible.

With that notion aside, we do offer monetary remuneration upon successfully executing one or more of our strategies with a client. This compensation should be negotiated and agreed upon in advance, and in writing if deemed necessary. Use the Attorney Profile Sheet to begin this process.
